sounds like you just trained your self to respond to your own thoughts or something like that.. I remember when I was younger I loved this one book and was looking through the book rack and found a sequel and said out load "oh my gosh so and so 2" then I found a third book did the same thing and then found a fourth and kinda kept mumbling to myself well should I read what I was going too or read the second book and this girl in my class heard everything! she thought I was being kinda crazy and I kinda just laughed it off and was like I just loved that first book and apparently was thinking out loud.. maybe just try and be more aware to see if it's not a bigger issues but it doesn't sound like it is.. the point of my story was sometimes it's easier to think out loud to figure your thoughts out
