Mine are exactly the same and it's something that has bothered me for a while. I'm 19 and wear a 34B. I've heard they can change in your early 20s but I don't see it happening. Going braless might help too because they'll get stronger and it will lift your nipple higher on your breast. I'm not sure, but I think the main reason mine are pointy is because my nipple is low on my breast.
Is it normal to have cone-shaped breasts?
