A friend of mine had pointy breasts. One was a large C-cup and one was a teeny tiny B-cup. She got implants to fix them and they became two round D-cups. Be happy that your breasts are not two completely different cup sizes. They're normal and you should be happy to have pointed breasts. I prefer pointed breasts on a woman. They always keep their shape and are less likely to sag into something ugly later on.
Rather than implants look into having your own fat used. Once properly done, it's you, not an artificial thing inside you.
Breasts are largely fat. They contain no muscle overall, just the little "goosebump" muscles in the skin and ejector muscles in the milk glands.
