Is it normal to have cold hands?

I have the same problem... =/ But mine cold hands (and feet) is caused by an iron deficiency and possibly poor circulation. I usually take iron pills for it.
I am the EXACT same way. My friends refer to my hands as the "touch of death."

Maybe it's circulation. See a doctor if they are extremely cold and especially if they ache too.
Middle of summer and my friends' hands are freezing! She's so weird, I hate her touching me.
yeah my hands are cold, and my friends always make comments about me being a vampire.
when you threaten someone by saying from my cold dead hands you can leave out cold because of redundancy lol
I've always had cold hands too. I never really thought about it but it may have something to do with being anemic. I read something like that a while ago.
I have raynauds and mine are mostly just cold as well. There was a time when they were white/blue etc but not much anymore. The doc says the symptoms vary and can be slight.
I have that, too. As for Raynaud's, I'm not sure. I've read that your hands turn ice cold and they start to turn really white or pink. Mine is on and off. Sometimes they are really cold and I haven't even touched anything. I also have the same problem on my toes and feet.
...maybe your a VAMPIRE!! ;) lol jk. I have the opposite problem lol my hands are always hot. I just got a mood ring, and since it senses heat it's alwas purple for me!!!!!! D: so it would probably always be green for you. LUCKY!!! :]
Check out raynauds. It's a pretty common condition. I've had it since I was a child. Some cases are severe but some people only suffer from the cold hands part of it.
i agree with kellstar. it could be your circulation. check with a doctor to make sure.
