Is it normal to have chronic fatigue and insomnia?

I have chronic fatigue because I have non alcholic fatty liver and chronic fatigue is one of the symptoms.
I have always had insomnia, not sure why tnough but I am usually wide awake between 2-6am.
Usually I listen to ASMR in english/foreign language to help me sleep but it doesn't always help :/

Your sleep cycle maybe just out of wack. It happens to me sometimes

I force myself to stay awake for 24 hours and then sleep at a reasonable time 11-1am wake up around 7-8. Then try to get to sleep at the same time the next day. It usually helps me get back into the rythm

If it's consistent and affecting you daily life I'd recommend seeing a doctor about it. Maybe medication or relaxation therapy might help

Chronic fatigue and insomnia go strange enough hand in hand. Actually it is not that strange at all, because your sleeping pattern is totally wacky.

Okay thank you. Sometimes when I feel depressed or anxious I can't sleep.
