  • Those chest pains are probably mini heart attacks. You probably have an undiagnosed cardiac condition. Soon you may feel pain in your left arm and succumb to a fatal heart attack.
    One of the wonderful things you inhale in cigarette smoke is Formaldehyde (look it up) which I'm sure helps with the throat pain.
    In order to speed up this process, try adding some alcohol to the mix, say a litre of gin a day.

      It's more likely you're suffering later stages of lung cancer. You'll be spittin' up black gobs of mucous in no time.
      Now you go enjoy that rich tobacco flavor with every labored breath!

      • Sorry to disappoint, but I've been a slave to tobacco for many, many years. Actually, I've been trying to quit longer than most on here have been alive. My wife has finally gotten me off them, but the desire is so strong that I want a cigarette each and every waking second. Evil, foul addiction, for sure.
