Is it normal to have broken-look alike fingers.

My best friend, lets call her Minotuki. She has ultimately weird bent fingers. She's had them all her life (13 years) and hasn't realized theres something wrong with her fingers since year 7 when people started pointing it out, as no-one had told her before. Basically they look as though they have been trapped in a door from the knuckle down and broken. The top half of the finger is straight yet the bottom half all the way to her fingernail the bone it pointing upwards like bent. They are completely working fine.

I'm wondering if she has a rare bone structure in her fingers. They are VERY abnormal...?
