Is it normal to have big paranoiac outbursts when I smoke too much ?

oh just to add, the guy above me could also be right, mixing weed with tabbaco can cause shaking and shit too! Like with me, smoking tabacco alone is ok but i cant mix it with weed cause it makes the weed hit you so much faster and harder and makes your heart beat really fast.
