Not being racist, but white people have the tendency to overreact to things like spanking, so they pamper their kids and never discipline them and they turn out as little shits. Latino and African American mothers usually don't put up with shit like that which is why their kids have so much respect for them. I was never hit with a belt as a child but my Mom would swat my ass if I was being bad and she's put pepper on my tongue before when I was mouthing off.
Funny story, my Aunt is a bit of a ditz and she didn't realize that you're supposed to put a bit of pepper on your finger and then rub it on your kids tongue, she her little boy mouthed off at her and she takes the pepper shaker and just shakes it on his tongue and the top fell off and just filled his mouth hahaha

My mom used to make tobasco sauce on my tongue when I acted up, or hit me with a Lowe's paint stick. Yeah, I whined at the time, but it made me a better woman.
