  • You do realize that loss prevention at stores for the most part is PURELY scare tactics. They won't, and in most cases, aren't even allowed to chase or touch you or even make you open your bags. The things at the front of stores that beep, yeah, scare tactics, next time one goes off on you, just keep walking and see how much they don't care. For the sake of argument, my friend worked at ROSS as a loss prevention "officer", and he was only allowed to follow and look at you (he couldn't even say anything to thieves), until pussies like you get scared into not stealing. Next time look up the stores policies. (avoid stealing from Target, they have the best cameras in the biz, and their loss prevention officers WILL tackle and arrest you) Walmart even has a rule that they don't press charges if the item stolen is under $10 or $15, and most of the black camera domes on the ceiling are empty.
Not that I'm proud of it, but I've stolen a lot from Walmart. One time, the item even slipped out from under my jacket RIGHT in front of the guy sitting in a chair by the exit door who is supposedly there to stop shoplifters. Guess what happened? NOTHING, I looked him straight in the eye, ready to run, but he just gave me a "fuck wal mart, i don't get paid enough for this, i didn't see anything, keep on walking" look.

    • Well, like I had mentioned in the details, I don't do it anymore lol. I just have urges to take them. Remnants of the need to maintain myself maybe?
