This is the definitely the beginning of a problem so you should take control now while you can. There is nothing wrong with wanting to lose some weight so that you feel confident and happy with yourself. The trick is not eating only once a day though. You need to focus on your portion size and what you are putting in your mouth. A healthy diet is super important. Exercise is good too. (If you enjoy reading I recommend the book skinnybitch. It's actually not a book about being too skinny or bitchy lol but it can help you make better choices and live a healthier lifestyle. I like it because it explains what will cause weight gain/loss and why.) Anyway good luck and seriously don't worry too much about your weight. It is normal so as long as you aren't gaining you are in pretty good shape.
