Nopenotnormal is exactly right. If he (they) are making frivolous claims that have been unfounded time after time, the state can take legal action. Keep everything documented in a calendar ( I'm assuming he threatens other things other than calling CPS) and get all the documentation from CPS, then take him to court. Courts don't take lightly false claims especially multiple false claims when they are unfounded. I'm sorry that your going through this, I share custody (although I have our son 80%) and know how exhausting it can be..seriously Document everything!!! And take him back to court! I hope you both can find.a solution so that your children don't suffer from all his drama.
