I am 19, and every night before I fall asleep I get an erection, and every morning when I get up I have an erection, is this normal?

    Perfectly. You're body is at rest, and the blood flow has something to do with it

    Erection is caused by having a full bladder. The pressure in the bladder causes the erection, and with all the extra blood down there making things swell up, causes the problem of it being hard to urinate. Don't Worry, It is 100% normal.
