WAIT WAIT. Maybe I can help! One of my friends is 5'6 and was 105 pounds! Her doctor said she NEEDED to gain 20 pounds and soon because of how weak her body was. She went to a nutritionist and found out that she was eating LOTS of food - TONS but in reality, she was only eating around 1,200 calories a day! Maybe ask a nutritionist!!!! Or, to gain weight.. add an extra 200 calories to your plate each day. My friend added an extra 300 calories a day and is now at a healthy weight of 132 pounds and she looks so pretty, omg!
