First, Dave Mustaine only used the stuff that HE wrote. It's not like he took the stuff that James wrote and used that in Megadeth. Plus the stuff that he did use in Megadeth was changed a bit (listen to Four Horsemen by Metallica and Mechanix by Megadeth and you'll see what I mean). Second, you can't compare Master of Puppets era Metallica to Youthanasia era Megadeth. You have to remember that when Megadeth wrote that album, Metallica had already released the Black Album and Load was to be released shortly after. So comparing those two eras doesn't make too much sense.
Anyways, sorry for the long winded comment. Oh, and GNR and Aerosmith are both badass.
Is it normal to have all the albums of Megadeth and none of Metallica.
