    1. Go smimming at the beach everday the salt water will clean your skin.

    2. Never wash with soap any kind of soap it will just clog the poars.

    3. This is the hard one. Stop cranking your own handle and get as much P in the VG action as possible. Sounds stupid I know but it's a hormonal thing.
