    I hate that word, however, those things can pop up anywhere. I got one on my finger about 4 years ago and it disgusted me. Finally, about two years ago, I was doing a lot of dirty work for a few weeks and ended up washing my hands several times a day with Lava soap. Within two weeks it had totally disappeared :) yay. Try LAVA soap
