Is it normal to have a video-graphic memory?

I have an amazing memory. I can visualize things from around me from different perspectives. I can remember things (in short sequences, like 3-5 seconds) in a video manner. I can also animate things in my head, such as making someone walk or run. I can animate basically anyone doing whatever I want them to. This also allows me to get "mental revenge" or in other words animate myself doing something to someone without actually having to do it (like me decapitating a guy who spit in my face). Is this normal, and is it healthy for me to use this to keep myself under control?

      BUT
      U are recollecting a memory,
      and if I was U, I would not dwell on creating a scenario of revenge in this self destructing way.
      With repetition U are creating a negative scenario which U will regret.
      Karma WILL get U.
      Revenge??
      Are U mad at the world??

    Also wondering if you find watching TV highly therapeutic...and if you've ever seen a psychologist. I don't think that there is anything out there on what this is. You are the first person I've seen with the same video replay ability. It's definitely not normal, and most people don't understand when you try to explain it....

      Yes, I had/have muscle issues. I would often have a muscle spasm in a random location (usually my arm, legs, or back). They didn't hurt, they were just annoying. I do not have them as frequently (usually will happen 1-3 times a week now). But also on it being difficult to describe I agree. Most people (even my parents) shrugged it off as imagination, but it is more than that I know for sure. Also if I may ask, by any chance in your family's past 2 generations has there been anyone in agriculture/farming?

    Hello, I was wondering if you also had muscle tension issues as a child...or if you have full conversations in your sleep too? Can you also not remember something off the top of your head but go back at replay events to find the information you are looking for?

    It's pretty normal and everyone has got this I guess... I have a pretty advanced imagination but what you describe seems common^^
