Is it normal to have a tingly sensation in ur neck during sex?

Hello i have been having sex with my boyfriend for a few months now and every once in a while, when he first slides into me and hits this certain spot, i get a tingly sensation in my neck that only lasts for a second or so. It kinda feels like a sugar rush. Like the inside of my neck muscles are being tickled. It happens sometimes when he uses his fingers also. Its not a bad feeling, i love it. I have been searching for a name for it but cant find a case like mine anywhere. Im just curious. Is this normal?
