Is it normal to have a tingly feeling on the back of your neck?

Whenever I watch sand swirl, I get a hug, or lightly tough the back of my head, I get tinglies on the back of my neck. Normal?

    I know exactly what you mean. I get that if I watch someone who draws carefully, or if someone is being very gentle with something. I'm not turned on or anything, it just happens. Like instant relaxation or something. I don't know what it is, but I think it's normal.
