There is a psychological need that some women have to take "care" of certain individuals and this includes feeding them, even to the point of excess. Sometimes, these feelings cause that Person to become attached or attracted. So I don't think it's that weird. But fattening a person up until they can't move is a bit much. Seems like you're having an extreme expression of a normal phenomena.
