Are the guys that say they don't like your build "exes"?
If so, maybe they gave your body-type as a reason to move on, rather than saying we just don't click, or I'm just not that into you.
They may think they are being kind, and don't want to say I was only in it for a bang or two. Or don't want word getting around that they are only players.
