Is it normal to have a song that's stuck in your head be distracting?

I'm trying to take classes to get my GED, and I have a song stuck in my head so badly to the point that I can barely think about what I'm studying/trying to answer in quizzes. The only way to block it out is if I hum a single note loudly, and I seem to be distracted by that as well but not nearly as much as I am by the song. I have no idea what to do, does anybody else experience this? It's as if there's a speaker in my head that I can't turn off and I'm honestly going a little crazy over it. (sidenote: I'm autistic and I have ADHD, those two things might play a part in it but idk)

Step 1: Play it through till the end. Your brain is probably playing the same 20 second clip over and over again like a broken record? If it does that just listen to the whole song.

Step 2: If that didnt fix it listen to the friends theme song, that will dislodge that song.

Step 3: If you are now stuck with the friends theme song or that was the original song stuck in your head go back to step 1.
