Is it normal to have a song stuck in you're head when your sick?

Whenever I'm sick with the flu or strep throat, I always get a song(s) stuck in my head. So, when I'm trying to sleep, I'll just keep thinking of that song(s) and it will intertwine into my dream. Once I am over my illness, the song(s) will stop being stuck in my head

Is It Normal?

    You'll find that the flu (Which is normally accompanied by a fever) is making you slightly delirious, I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if it is concerning you, go see a doctor :-)

    I have been having the same issue as well, but i sometimes hear voices that i dont understand or i may hear my name called over and over again....i think its just normal since the body mechanism is interfered, that includes brain
