Your sister is displaying a lot of symptoms of Conduct Disorder, which is essentially a prerequisite to Antisocial Personality Disorder-- i.e. Psychopathy. The most telling part is injuring animals. It's quite unfortunate that your parents aren't seeming to take any initiative to get her treated; though, even if they did there aren't any effective treatments if she WERE to have Conduct Disorder. My advice to you? Perhaps you yourself should be seeing a psychotherapist in order to help you cope with the issues within your family. You need to worry about how YOU are dealing with this. If you don't have much of a relationship with your sister and cannot offer her any kind of guidence as a mentor through your relationship, then you need to focus on maintaining yourself.
