I didn't have a urine test. All she gave me was a blood test. I never thought about urine testing with me my doctors have always done blood. I baffled that she didn't care enough to get to the bottom of this, but this isn't the first time she hasn't paid much attention to my health...
You're right, it is very hard to avoid which is why I cut out processed/pre-maid foods. Basically, all I eat is dairy, fruit/veg and chocolate.
I remember reading somewhere on here that you had a cold:O Perhaps, it's the virus you caught that's causing your salt allergies? To strengthen your immune system, have you tried herbal medicine?
Is it normal, to have a severe salt allergy?
