I "had" the same problem. I remember watching porn as a kid with all my mates for the first time and laughing at the guys dicks. I think I missed the lesson at school, and my parents never told me to pull foreskin back and wash it when in a shower or bath. So I started to notice urine smell, as NEVER been washed, due to being tight and then one day it popped out and I got a fright. I gave it a wash and started to realize I had a tight foreskin. When having sex it would stretch and pop out and then very hard and sore to slip back over, I told army doctor and she recommended snipping the side, but it was a routine military check and I never pursued it after that. Still, its not so sore now, but still think of going and getting it done.
