Is it normal to have a really tight foreskin?

See your doctor... I had the same thing, it's called Phimosis, most doctors will advise circumcision but often this is not needed. When I was 16 I underwent a frenectomy because that what was causing my inability to retract my foreskin, however, this can also be caused by other things, a frenuloplasty is a similar procedure. As for alternatives to surgery stretching excersizes can also work, applying a topical steroid cream can also be beneficial. I used Diprosone, which has betamethasone 0.1%, I had to get it prescribed by my doctor. I was unfortunate as the root of my unretractable foreskin did not lie in the foreskin itself, but rather in the length of my frenulum as it was too short.

As for sensitivity 'biting the bullet' is the only thing that worked for me. After not having been exposed to touch for 15 years my glans was extremely sensitive. By having a hot bath and just touching it gently at first you'll eventually start to notice that the 'pain' you feel becomes a weird sensation, as time goes by it will begin to feel less sensitive. Don't be fooled into thinking the glans should feel like ordinary skin, it is supposed to be sensitive, this is what gives the feeling of pleasure during sex. Do NOT feel pressured to have a circumcision but don't give up either, it takes time. Do some research before seeing a doctor just so you aren't blown away by what he says. If you see a GP they will refer you to a urologist who will have seen this problem countless times as it affects nearly around 2% of the male population. Sorry for the long post but I have first hand experience and I've seen this question asked so many times.

Yea I'm uncircumcised too and it fuckin sucks but I cab pull my f skin back though try to pull it back when ur not hard and start keepin that way so u start to desensitize it cuz yea Gavin sex sucks sumtimes cuz its so sensitive

Im the same. My foreskin has never been retracted. Never caused me a problem though. Im happy with it as it is

You can stretch it but I am turned on by a guy with tight foreskin! To me it is a very hot thing! I am only turned on by uncut (uncircumcised) men!! If a guy does not have foreskin I am not sexually aroused!

Ive heard of these, hou can get it ircumsized or learn to stretch it. ask a doctor for your options

I "had" the same problem. I remember watching porn as a kid with all my mates for the first time and laughing at the guys dicks. "mushroom dick I shouted and laughed" I didn't know that they were supposed to be like that. I think I missed the lesson at school, and my parents never told me to pull foreskin back and wash it when in a shower or bath. So I started to notice urine smell, as NEVER been washed, due to being tight and then one day it popped out and I got a fright. I gave it a wash and started to realize I had a tight foreskin. When having sex it would stretch and pop out and then very hard and sore to slip back over, I told army doctor and she recommended snipping the side, but it was a routine military check and I never pursued it after that. Still, its not so sore now, but still think of going and getting it done.
