Is it normal to have a poo schedule?
I like to schedule my doodoo time. Since I generally poo 2x a day, I have a doo around 10:40am and the 2nd doo is around 17:23. It has to be exactly at those times, if not I get constipated. Is this normal?

I take daily dumps in the morning. Its a good way to wake up to the scent
Everyone has their own personal body rhythm when it comes to bowel movements.
It's only a problem if you are having BMs that are too runny or too solid - you should have at least one semi-solid movement every day or two.
This is perfectly normal and actually reccommended by medical professionals to persons who cannot normally 'sense' when they need to go. For example, a toddler who is toilet training, or an elderly person. For the rest of us, when can feel when we need to go, but the body still adapts a natural rythm.
