    That sounds like a cyst or an abscess. You should definitely let a dermatologist check it. I have met people that had similar things. It is not something dangerous by itself... but it could be a symptom of a more serious decease

      I doubt very much that it's a symptom of a more serious dizeez (it's been there for 15 years), but yes, a dermatologist's opionion would be good.
