Is it normal to have a parent who absolutely hates you?

Is it normal to have a parent who absolutely hates you? Ever like the end of last year my mum has been avoiding me; like a lot! I have been to scared to let my secret out because I'm worried she'll hurt me again. Everytime I try and speak with her she takes FOREVER to answer and my obsessive dad takes over. It's like she wants him to or something. She always tell me "Annie, STOP eating that god damn fattening food, soon you'll have diabetes... Kids today" or, "Annie, I have already told you a million times before, you are NOT going to go to ( friends names ) house to help her, you need to help me pack to go to Japan".
As you remember in one of my previous articles on my obsessive dad, he always does random things to me that freak me out. My mum is even worse. She is mean and makes me feel well worthless. She literally always tells my sister EVERYTHING. THINGS SHE SHOULD BE TELLING ME ALSO. This includes: telling me how long I have to get ready, or things to help me in math or English, or give me encouragement to do better. She never does that for me and it makes me feel depressed. I have tried cutting myself and not eating for months because of how bad I feel abo myself. My principal of my school has contacted my mum about this situation, but because I am speaking out, my mum yells at me and pulls me by my hair to my room.
WHAT SHOULD I DO????
