I guess it is because you figured he must be missing you very much. Like: I should have never got him laid, now he must be feeling very sad looking back at what we did. Know what I mean? A person like that is not likely to get laid very often, so they miss you quite a lot more than everyone else, you kind of figured that, so, you feel guilty. Or you feel guilty for, taking advantage of a disabled guy, if you are the one having troubles getting laid. Either way,it would have been better if you said: this is going to be a one time thing.
