I don't know if it is normal, I am guessing not. Based off my experiences, pee does have it's own feeling, but it isn't really a orgasm. It's more of a feeling to rush for me, even if it's not a rush to go pee. A-Hor is probably right; you should not hold your pee in, it could be dangerous.
