Is it normal to have a lower body temperature than most people?

Ok im not saying im a vampire or anything but i have a lower body temperature than most people. Everytime i touch some one they always pull back and ask why im so cold. Take for example last week when i visited my mom. i gave her a hug and she pulled away and asked why i was so cold or my grilfriend she refuses to touch me because how cold my body is. i even tryed hold my hand right next to a heater on hi for twenty minutes before trying to hold her hand and still my hand was a lower temperature then hers. I dont know whats wrong when i touch my arm it feels like i have a fever yet to everyone else im cold. It even says im average temperature on thermometers.

IS this normal to be colder?

O yeah i tested the rest of me i ask my girlfriend to. My arms are cold as are my legs and feet and chest. my head and neck are average though.

Yeah i am always freezing!!! People ask me why I'm so cold all the time. My hands and feet get numb too so it's probably poor circulation.

are you sure it's your whole body or just your hands and feet? In that case, yes, probably low blood circulation. That would also explain why your arm feels hot (in comparison to your hand).
