That, combined with your assumptions about fallopian tubes ... suggests that you're very young or very inexperienced in this matter.
I would suggest asking your parents about "the birds and the bees" (aka sex education).
For now though here's a small hint... you cannot reach your fallopian tubes with just your fingers. You would have to reach up past your cervix into your womb and then to the upper side of that.
The chance of these tube "falling" inside ... no. They would have to somehow turn inside out and fall inside, and then somehow make it out past the cervix far enough for you to touch them.... and um no.
if anything that reminds me of 5th grade when we learned about how babies were made. one of the boys asked if a woman's chest could explode like a balloon.
So no, you should be ok.
but if you're still worried ask mom ... see if she can clear things up. perhaps take you to the doctors if you both think it's something wrong with you. however most likely the doctor will just walk you through the female anatomy diagrams.
