Physically - there are risks associated with random encounters and referring to it as a "friend with benefits" is wrong, it's a booty call, hookup, one nighter or whatever else you want to call it but it is NOT "Friends with Benefits" the whole idea of the phrase is that it's someone who you are a friend with that you can trust and then you have a little side fun with between relationships. This thing that you are talking about comes with a slew of trust issues and most people using it would be considerably against the idea of friends with benefits they are looking for a hookup. There are risks of diseases and physical harm that come with meeting random people.
2. Emotional/Psychological - This is a terrible Idea! You always ALWAYS remember your first time and if you ever needed an idea of how prevalent it is in your mind for the entire duration of your life - Steven Tyler, who did tons of drugs and has probably spent more time high than sober over his life remembers his first. If I remember correctly he was like 13 and she was a prostitute. There is no harm in waiting for the right person to come along, you don't have to marry them but they should at least be someone you have some kind of feelings about.
