I recently have been getting closer to a friend (who is also a girl) and noticed that I sort of like her. I typically don't act this way and most of my friends are girls. Has this happened to anyone else? Will this feeling go away eventually?

I had a male bestfriend to whom I was not the least bit attracted, and he knew this from the beginning. Well, one day after an over twelve year friendship he decided to tell me on the phone in graphic detail what he wanted to do to me, so I had to let him go as a friend, because the trust was completely gone.
Oh okay, I didn't notice. Honestly, I don't think it matters too much if OP is male, female as long as she is chill, and respectful about the whole thing. It could work out really well if the feelings are mutual, or turn out awkward if not depending. Thanks for the heads up though.

But being serious, yea there is a risk it could turn around badly for her. Even if she tells her nicely how she feels her mate could still be pissed off... I had one of them (a good mate that was a chick, I'm a dude) I knew she liked me more then bff and I really thought she would ask and then it would mess our friendship up. She never asked though.
