Is it normal to have a fetish for wearing a hoodie on backwards?

I don't know why but seeing people in constraining clothing really gets me going. I always have this vision of someone who is wearing their hoodie on the opposite way and I think how their face can be covered too. I'm really attracted to people who wear constraining clothing. Is it normal? This is kind of strange?
