I certainly was. :D Although the fan wasn't to blame. What had happened was that the polarity of the motor had reversed so that it turned the room instead of the fan.
Rover and I were pinned halfway up the wall until there was a power cut, three years later. I was fine but Rover's tail has been at a funny angle ever since and he still barks at walls. As do I. :/
