    Instead of shaking, next time why don't you take some toilet paper and wipe it dry. That should ensure that your penis won't drip in your underwear.

      It isn't like there is a visible drop that could be wiped up. This is urine that doesn't come out at the urinal, but leaks out afterwards. It looks dry when I put it in my pants.

        Perhaps, you could roll up a tissue and stick it in your underwear? Then, you could take it out once you're sure that its all gone.
