I'm not as into it as you sound, but I think dresses are often attractive on girls. I kind of wish more women wore dresses as every day attire, like 40's style or something. They look nice. I'd say it's pretty normal.
+1 Girls these days don't dress nice any more. It's like girls (in general) no longer make an effort to look pretty in casual/everyday clothes.
