Is it normal to have a dad that won't take care of me and that always sleeps,being lazy and stuff?

No, it is not normal. If he sleeps a lot, maybe he's depressed. I knows it fucking sucks, but you might be better off finding another positive male role model that can help guide you in your life. Your dad needs to get his shit together, but you can't let it ruin your life in the process! Stay strong :)

Please noticed that I said SOME degree.
Even within those percentage areas not caring at all is unlikely. It's probably not that, just that something is going on in you and your dad's life.
Or maybe he yells at you? Or hits you? Without you knowing why?
Talk to your Mom if you have a Mom, and if not, try talking to your Dad.
Chances are he'll try to change.
