Is it normal to have a crush on someone you only met once?

So a few years back, in high school I met a girl while volunteering. She laughed at all the jokes I told and I really enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately due to the way things were scheduled, I only saw her one other time and it was for five minutes. I have no way of contacting her and I'll probably never meet her again. Is it normal that I still keep thinking about her?

    This happened with me at some outdoorsy camp thing. It was weird. I still think about her today.
