Is it normal to have a crush on my teacher?

I have a crush on my teacher she's in her late 20s and I have known her for 4-5 years now and I'm very close with her she even tried to write me a letter once and once told me that she loved me now she wants to take me out for lunch and she thinks about me non-stop and considered me part of her family
Is this a sign that she has a crush on me in return?
