Is it normal to have a crush on my co worker?? how do i aproach him!?

I agree... most guys are constantly watching to see if there's something between them and pretty much every girl they associate with. Perhaps ask him if he thinks you're attractive. He will say something like "you're attractive just not my type" if he's not into you in that way. If he says anything else, he likes you. But chances are high that he is if you've associated with him outside work already! Then just reply back saying something that lets him know you have the hots for him.. Try something like "I want someone as hot and sweet as you" and then even potentially suggest something fun/romatic to do together sometime... (can work as a response no matter how he responds). If he isn't overly shy he'll take you for a date.

Or you could simply tell him he's hot and offer him a bj! lol, he'll know you like him and likely he'll start obsessing about you!
