I had a crush on Ron Weasley from the HP books for YEARS. I was heavily bullied and buried myself in books. I thought he'd come sweep me away LOL I also had a huge crush on other literary characters. It's totally normal as long as you realize it's not reality and that you find qualities like in those characters attractive because they're based off of real personalities. Just don't get carried away and you're fine. Maybe writing smutty fanfics will help. It helped me lol
