I must amend my earlier post. A respected biology professor friend of mine, on whom I have NO crush whatsoever, tells me the combination vagina/butthole, in frogs and other amphibians, is referred to as a cloaca. That's pronounced klo-AY-kah, not "CLOAK-a", as if you were an Italian gangster puttina hisa cloaka ona.
