What you need to do is go back there and spend most of her shift following her around and otherwise trying your hardest to get her attention. If she gets mad it just means she's playing hard to get, those are usually the type of women who are worth the extra effort.
Wait outside in your car until her shift is done, if she has a fellow employee escort her out don't be alarmed its just to make you jealous. Now you can either sneak up behind her and surprise her with yelling "Hi, you wana go to the movies with me!" real loudly and quickly. OR (and this is probably a better course of action) follow her home from the store to her actual house. This way you can get that awkward meeting of "the parents" out of the way. If her father comes out of the house just introduce yourself as his "future son in law".
