Is it normal to have a “twitch”/“blackout”/“seizure” like this?

I have this twitch that is way more than a twitch? It’s sorta like a half physical and mental seize. It usually happens super early in the morning when I wake up and try to be active too quickly. I’m 22 and male and have had no health issues before.

How it starts is I get tunnel vision real bad and I get really lethargic and starry eyed and then I go through my “physical fit”

What happens involuntarily:
I turn my face far to the right and tilt my head down a bit so my chin is closer to my shoulder.
I stumble and trip over my feet until I have a surface I can push my head against.
I try to bury the front left “corner” of my head against the surface with all my body weight.

Coming out of the “fit” I’m just sleepy until I recognize my situation.

I’ll also have moments when I’m sitting still and I quickly swing my head to the left to crank the same part of my head into a wall/bed post

I’ve strained my neck pretty bad, twisted my ankle falling, and have constant bruises/knots on my upper left forehead from this but that’s about the extent of injury. My body just really really hates the left corner of my head I guess.

Have you tried going to the doctor?

I feel like I should just copy/past this to all the posts from now on.

    • Did you see the recent news about some idiot trying to bring a “service peacock” on a plane?
