Is it normal to have a 6 inch soft, 8 inch hard penis?

Just wondering. I had a 6 inch penis hard and 4 inches soft at 12 yrs and now its about 8 inches, 6 inches around and wondering if thats too small too big or what. by the way im 18 now just in case.
Would i be too big too small or just right? I am just a little curious because when im in the locker room most of the guys stare at it and makes me uncomfortable. I kinda feel like a freak, also its a pain in the ass sitting running as its rubbing up against you the whole time.

    That's a good size but that's weird it's so big when it's soft. My bf hard is 8.5 but soft it can be as little as like 2-3 inches..haha i make fun of him.

      There a two sorts of penises... a meat penis is large when soft but doesn't get much longer when hard; a blood penis is small when soft and can grow much more when hard!

        Really? I tried to look up "meat penis" and all I came up with is the definition of meat popcicle and a story about a guy losing his penis in a meat grinder.

        Well I'm a dude, and I just checked: bout 6.5" hard but only bout 3" soft... (bout -1" after I swim in a cold lake)

        guess that means I have a bloody penis

    You're average I would say but it's not what you've got, it's what you do with it that counts. Average is 5/6 inches soft and 6/7 hard.

      All the medical journals say that average soft is under 5". Average hard for humans is 5"-6". Above average is anything over 6", with 8"+ considered really large.

      The largest was 13"

        Yep, really but as a woman while large is good, sometimes it's not. I think some men forget that the vaginal canal is not never-ending XD

          The average vagina non-aroused is 3-4" deep. While aroused, the average is between 6.5" and 8" deep. So girls grow too haha
